Originally appearing on the Air Jordan 1 Hi OG back in 2018, the “Rookie of the Year” colorway is reimagined on an Air Jordan 1 Low slated to release next month.
Drawing inspiration from the brown suede jacket Michael Jordan wore during his Rookie of the Year acceptance speech in 1985, this Air Jordan 1 Low mirrors the color blocking of its high-top counterpart to a T. It features a white leather and golden harvest suede upper, black branding, a white midsole paired with a black outsole, and a touch of red on the Nike Air logo on the tongue tag. The only difference between the high and low models lies in the Swoosh. While the high-top features a leather Swoosh, the low-tops opt for suede.
