Fila’s presence on the basketball court may be rare these days, but back in the ’90s there were quiet a few athletes running the hardwood in the brand’s sneakers. Among them was Jerry Stackhouse, a two-time NBA All-Star who played 18 seasons in the league before retiring to coaching.
One of Stackhouse’s most recognizable signature sneakers with Fila was the Spaghetti, with its unique crisscrossing cage design that made it a standout on the court. Over the years, the Spaghetti has seen multiple re-releases, the latest of which we see here. This latest offering of ’90s era basketball sneaker features a Whitecap Gray upper constructed of mesh and leather, with gold adding emphasis to the sneaker’s iconic structure and Fila branding. A white midsole and a sticky gum outsole complete the look without deviating from the subtle, understated color scheme of the upper.
