Michael Jordan’s passion for Ferraris helped shape one of the most memorable Jordan 14 colorways to date. Now, the vibrant “Ferrari” Air Jordan 14 is racing back to retailers for its first re-release since 2014.
Factories have evidently already finished producing pairs, as images of the sneaker are beginning to surface online, giving us our first clear look at the upcoming retro. From what we see, everything appears true to the original, from the bold red suede upper to the yellow Ferrari-inspired shield logo and carbon fiber-textured shark teeth that nod to the silhouette’s performance-driven design. Some users on social media believe the suede isn’t of the same quality as that on the original, but that’s sometimes hard to determine from photos alone. Either way, the return of the Air Jordan 14 “Ferrari” is much anticipated and even if the suede is of lesser quality, that’s not going to stop Jordan fanatics from scooping it up.
