We’ve barely gotten past Halloween and have yet to fully embrace the Christmas/Hanukkah season, but already we’re getting a glimpse of what Nike has lined up for Valentine’s Day next year.
Here’s a look at Nike’s classic Cortez model in a bold red and white color scheme, all set to celebrate the most romantic holiday of the year. To bring the Valentine’s Day theme to life beyond just colors, Nike added a pattern of small tonal hearts across the vinyl sections of the upper. They also included pixelated pink heart graphics on the tongue tag, with a playful message on the back reading “Love Is In The Pair.” The same pixelated heart design shows up again on the insole, this time resembling candy hearts featuring Nike-inspired messages like “Just Do It.”
The Cortez “Valentine’s Day” will likely release alongside other V-Day themed Nike sneakers sometime in January 2025. Until then, grab a peek at the photos below.
