For the adventurous trail runner who doesn’t let a little wet weather stop them, the GORE-TEX version of the Nike Pegasus Trail is built to deliver not only steady traction, but keep feet dry no matter the weather. Since its debut last year, the model has appeared in several colors, and Nike is keeping the momentum going with a Team Gold/Desert Ochre combo.
A Team Gold GORE-TEX upper sets the tone for this waterproof trail runner, while Desert Ochre accents on the tongue, ankle collar, and Swoosh add depth and contrast to the earthy palette. Underneath, you’ll find a soft white ReactX midsole for all-day comfort, teamed with a gum outsole to lock in traction on the slipperiest terrain. Something rather unique about the Pegasus Trail model is that it features a 3D-printed toe cap to help keep water and debris from entering the shoe.
While a US release remains unclear, pairs have been spotted at retailers throughout Europe and are scheduled to drop for UK users of the SNKRS app on March 17th.
