After leaked images of the upcoming Air Foamposite One “Psychic Blue” began circulating online, Nike wasted no time in releasing official studio shots, offering a detailed look at the striking new colorway.
Following the rerelease of the Galaxy Foams earlier this year, the Foamposite One is poised to go on a run with several colorways scheduled to release throughout the year, and the upcoming “Psychic Blue” colorway has the potential to be one of the standout releases. Similar to the “University Blue” pair that dropped in 2016, this version features a light blue hue across the wavy Foam shell, accompanied by black nubuck along the eyestay. If you’re having trouble telling the two apart, not only is the shade of blue lighter on the Psychic Blue Foams, it has a matte finish whereas the University Blue pair has a glossy sheen to it. Another noticeable difference is the embroidered Swoosh along the forefoot is black instead of white, and the clear translucent sole is swapped with a more current icy blue unit.
Watch for the Nike Air Foamposite One “Psychic Blue” to hit Nike.com, the SNKRS app, and select Nike retailers on May 2nd. There will be full family sizing, with adult pairs going for $230.
